I’m Daniel Valdes, and I help individuals and professionals manage stress, regain clarity, and stay effective under pressure.
After more than 15 years in high-pressure environments in London, I began to notice a pattern: as stress increases, breathing becomes shallow and with it, focus, decision-making, and overall balance start to decline.
This is something I experienced myself. After leaving Barcelona, building a business and raising a family, what once felt like success gradually turned into constant pressure and exhaustion.
Everything changed when I discovered how to regulate the nervous system through breathwork, meditation, and coaching, training internationally, including in India and London.
Today, I work both locally in Provence and online internationally, offering meditation, breathwork and coaching to help people:
